Chris is a Serial Entrepreneur whose ventures group (FiT), financed European distribution channels for incumbent B2B technology companies. FiT has been instrumental in funding and setting up international operations for many technology companies into the European market. Eight of these portfolio companies went public, 9 were acquired. Chris has served on the board of over 60 European and Northern American ventures and is currently on the board of several ambitious businesses, where his main focus is Growth and Paths to Value Strategies.

Frédéric Jouret

Frédéric acts as Finance Director at RichCast and builds on his extensive experience in corporate finance at Price Waterhouse Coopers and as CFO of Carbone Lorraine to direct the financial strategies of several multimillion companies in France and Benelux. He has a wide international experience of Mergers and Acquisitions and works as Investor and Active Member of the Board towards the goal of achieving success and growth in different sectors. Frédéric brings a dynamic and committed style of financial management to the Board based on sound principles.Frederic holds a Masters degree as Commercial Engineer

Paul Claes

General Management and Growth Strategist

Paul has a very extensive international management experience at CEO level of multinational industrial groups in Benelux and Nordics. His strong interpersonal communication skills combined with highly developed analytical skills allow him to be a motivational people manager with a dedicated focus on production and growth management. Paul also brings a wide experience of crisis management and turnkey project management to the table. Furthermore he has a longstanding experience in developing European-wide distributor networks and executing due diligence.

Ron Nath Mukherjee

Managing Director at RichCast SA/NV

Ron specializes in consultancy for and the creation of new video solutions in a B2B context.  Through his background as Communication Director of a European Commission related Association and  12 years of on-hands experience in the fields of communications and PR as well as Internet and film-production as Administrator and Managing Director of various companies, he oversees and takes responsibility for delivering outstanding corporate and institutional multimedia and online video products and services. Ron also regularly speaks at international conferences on matters regarding the ever evolving world of online video.

Elie Casamitjana

Director of Marketing and Operations at RichCast SA/NV

Elie takes care of Strategic and Operational Marketing at RichCast. This includes development of the value offer, strategic positioning and product development. He also manages the online and offline brand visibility, event sponsorship and RichCast's presence at main exhibitions such as Cebit, EMIF or Digital Marketing First. Furthermore he takes care of Projects and Account Management and he plans and controls Operations, including the sourcing of Partners and Suppliers. Elie holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and International Management.
